NovoThings LLC, operating as NovoChats, sends operational SMS notifications to operators about conversation handoff requests submitted through NovoChats-powered chat experiences. Messages may include a visitor's name, callback number, and request details. These messages are not marketing messages.

Consent

Operators opt in through their authenticated Conversation Handoff settings. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Review the public SMS opt-in workflow for the complete consent experience.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on conversation handoff activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@novochats.com.
